INTRODUCING VIRGINIA!
Virginia Kerber is a Floral Design and Horticulture student at Mississippi State University with a lifelong passion for flowers and design. She has always had an eye for creating beautiful floral arrangements and loves bringing creativity to every project she takes on.
Long before she ever arranged her first bouquet, Virginia simply loved flowers. As a little girl, she was always drawn to them—especially hydrangeas. Seeing their beautiful blooms growing in neighborhood yards sparked her imagination and appreciation for the beauty they could bring to any space. Looking back, she never imagined that simple love for flowers would one day become her career.
When it came time to choose a college major, Virginia wasn't sure what path she wanted to take. Nothing truly excited her until she discovered horticulture and floral design. While some people might say college is all about choosing a major, she often jokes that most of the classes she gets to take feel more like a hobby than school—and she wouldn't have it any other way. Every semester gives her another opportunity to learn, create, and grow while doing something she genuinely loves.
What started with learning the basics and creating small arrangements quickly grew into designing larger events, weddings, and custom florals. Through countless hours of practice, creativity, and hands-on experience, her passion has continued to flourish.
Today, Virginia feels incredibly grateful to do what she loves. Every arrangement she creates is thoughtfully designed to reflect each client's vision while showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of every bloom. Flowers have given her the opportunity to be part of life's most meaningful moments, and she considers it a privilege she never takes for granted.
Hydrangeas will always hold a special place in her heart because they're where her love for flowers began. But after several years of studying and designing with flowers, she admits that ranunculus has definitely taken the top spot as her favorite bloom.
